All purchases made from this site are governed by Scottish law. The terms and
conditions mentioned on this site do not preclude your statutory rights. If you
have any complaints, or queries, contact the seller using either of the means above.
PRIVACY
The only information required from you is that required to facilitate processing
and shipping your order. The information is not forwarded to other organizations
and will not be used to send you unsolicited mail.
GOODS and DELIVERY
Delivery will be made promptly and within 21 days of receipt of your order. On the
day of dispatch you will be sent an email notifying the dispatch. Should you require
an order be delivered by a specific date, please contact me to discuss the detail.
SHIPPING
All photographs are shipped by first class mail, free of charge, to UK addresses and
by airmail, to non-UK addresses. The cost of shipping, to non-UK addresses, is £ 7.50 for
a single item and £15.00 for two or more items. Any products damaged in transit will be
replaced, after the returned damaged goods are received by SHPhotos. The cost of replacing the goods
will be shared by both parties; specifically, the cost of returning the goods to SHPhotos will be paid by the
customer and the cost of delivery back to the customer will be paid by SHPhotos.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be paid in GB Pounds, by cheque, payable to the name originally provided with the order.
SIZES
All sizes quoted on this website refer to the paper size not the image size, excepting
keyrings and fridge magnets. The image is normally printed with a small white border around
it but should you require "borderless" printing please notify me at the time of ordering.
The lengths of panoramic photographs differ significantly between images. They will however, be in the proportion
displayed on this site and usually 6 - 7" tall (up to a maximum of 8"). Small Panoramic images are in the
identical proportion but approx 4" tall. If you are ordering more than one panoramic image and you need them to have
similar dimensions for framing please contact me prior to ordering. Additionally, should you require a photograph in
a size other than those offered, please ask.
PRICES
All prices quoted on this website are in GB Pounds. SHPhotos reserve the right to alter, without notice or prior warning, photograph availability,
prices and conditions of sale.
